Returns/Exchanges
BleuVerd Group stands behind our products. We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns require authorization from BleuVerd Group.
Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer, it must be returned to the retailer.
• You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
• If the return is a result of our error (i.e., incorrect or defective item), please let us know as soon as possible and we will get you the correct item.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the exchange process. Please allow 14 days for processing your return once the product is received at our warehouse.
• Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred.

• Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. The product should be in resale condition, including all boxes, labels and tags. No product will be accepted if the tags have been altered in any way.
